Our client is growing both in Brisbane and nationally, and are seeking a permanent Field Service Technician to join their great team.

This role will require the successful applicant to attend service calls on-site at customers homes. You will review customer issues and complete repairs of high-end furniture all while providing the highest level of customer service.

We are looking for someone who has experience using basic hand tools, has great communication, upholstery experience (preferred) and can manage time effectively.

The role will consist of the following:

  • Providing help to customers when assessing the repairs
  • Troubleshoot and solves customers inquiries.
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Attend scheduled meetings on time
  • Furniture repair or Upholstery knowledge desirable

This role requires you to hold a valid open Drivers License and be available to work autonomously and have great time management skills.
