Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:

Managing a team and reporting through to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing every aspect of customer interaction through B2B and B2C channels.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with great customer service skills, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a small team to promptly respond to all customer calls and product inquiries to maximise conversions, sales and potential add ons.
  • Ensure DIFOT is achieved
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support via email, phone and live chat with total accuracy
  • Manage the credit process quickly and seamlessly
  • Collate data on the outcomes of inbound sales opportunities nationally
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop new customer resources for use throughout the sales process

What you will need to succeed:

  • A customer first mindset – ensuring your team thrive helping our customers through their purchasing journey
  • Experience as a customer service manager, preferably in the FMCG space
  • Experience in managing sales/orders with Microsoft Dynamics AX 365
