· Building, maintaining B2B sales relationships and attracting New Business
· Attending New Business Appointments
· Managing and growing our existing Clients
· Tendering for large projects
· Managing your own advertisements
· Candidate pre-screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking and placements
· Building and sustaining relationships with candidates and clients
· Database upkeep and administration duties as required
